Christmas in July

Who needs a little joy right now? I know I do! For me, Christmas is definitely one of the best times of the year, so why not bring some of that cheer to July? 

I am forever grateful for the traveling I’ve done before the world was shaken up and everyone was forced to quarantine. Traveling is so important to me because I find so much inspiration from other countries, cultures, people, and new experiences.

Recently I’ve been reminiscing on my latest trip to Paris. Those cold, crisp nights, cozy dinners, magic-filled moments, and twinkly lights are all re-inspiring me and filling me with joy.

So, leave it to me to bring a little Christmas throw back in the middle of summer because what can be better than thinking about Christmas in Paris, especially in July?

I present a beautiful, dashing, teal corset with floral embroidery, delicate lace by Carolina Herrera and a fringe of feathers sewn by hand. There is a duchesse satin fabric that has a lovely sheen, and hand-made embroidered flowers with Swarovski crystals and rooster feathers that are strategically sewn to add a feminine flair. I felt like I was shining in pure luxury and elegance in this corset. And considering the chilly temperatures outside, I covered my shoulders with a faux fur shawl that happened to match just perfectly.
